Cowerks at the Lakehouse

Join our friends at JSWT for “How to Lead IT Experts without Being an Expert in Tech” with Jennifer Naughton, Co-Founder and CEO of Radiant Resources and Mayor of the Borough of Spring Lake, NJ.

Can you build a thriving tech business if you don’t have the technical skill set needed to make your vision a reality? Jennifer Naughton, Co-Founder and CEO of Radiant Resources, has done just that – successfully scaling her company into profitability. She will share the key choices she made, obstacles she faced, and how she became a role model for entrepreneurial women everywhere.

Careers in technology are as varied as the people who pursue them and one of the most satisfying can be running your own IT organization. Many talented women are reluctant to consider starting a technology business if they don’t personally have all of the expertise to build hardware, software, algorithms or platforms. Not so, according to Jennifer Naughton, President and CEO of Radiant Resources. If you understand how technology can improve business performance and you can communicate that value, you are well on your way to building the foundation of a successful IT company

For the last 24 years, Jennifer has helped companies use technology to protect and grow their businesses. As IT has evolved, so has Radiant Resources— from a small hardware reseller to a strategic resource for technical services. As the Co-Founder and President of Radiant, Jennifer leads a talented team of sales and technical staff, and partners with key industry innovators to deliver proven solutions around data protection, cybersecurity, and increased operational visibility.
Radiant is a certified WBE and Jennifer works actively to help small businesses grow and prosper. She has been awarded a Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneur, Winner of Smart CEO’s Brava Award, A Leading Woman of the Channel, a finalist for The Athena Leadership Award, and is a frequent speaker on the topic of women in technology.
She is a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth University and the SS4G Executive Program at NYU Stern School of Business. Jennifer is also serving her third term as Mayor of the Borough of Spring Lake, NJ.
